How can sponsoring a race car benefit your company?

There are many ways in which you can gain exposure through race car sponsorship.

For one the Caterham Roadsport series is a National series, meaning that it is fully recognised motorsport championship listed and run under the British Racing and Sports Car Club rules. To clarify, the BRSCC affiliates Formula 3 among others in the UK so it is an important championship.
This means we get to race at some of the top circuits in the country, for example, Brands Hatch, Silverstone and Donnington Park among others.

The visual impact of a race car speaks for itself and it is an eye-catching sport by nature. As a race
car has to be transported from race to race it will attract attention on the road (my car is carried on
an open trailer). Along with the times when the car is driven on the public highway (yes the car is
road legal!) this adds up to a couple of thousand road miles of mobile advertising per racing season!

There is a possibility that the car may be photographed and featured in a motorsport magazine. Last season I received mention and photographs on a number of occasions in Autosport, Motorsport News and Evo Magazine. I even appeared in Sky TV s coverage of the Caterham Festival in November 2003.
Often the name of a major sponsor is mentioned in association with the driver.

Corporate entertainment, as discussed earlier in this brochure, can work for you twofold. While you are bringing your clients to watch racing other drivers and their sponsors are doing the same!
