The Lachesis Build Control
Module allows house builders to control and forecast the costs
associated with plot and site build programmes.
The module is multi-user capable and fully networked, enabling key users such as
quantity surveyors, accountants, site managers and administrators to have up to date
information on budget against actual costs. With the use of historic cost information,
budgets can be created quickly, and can support either lump sum management or more
detailed cost management.
By maintaining cost information on suppliers, a comparison of actual cost variances can
be managed. This enables improved budget and supplier cost management to be achieved.
Similarly, the comprehensive management reporting capability of Lachesis enables cost
overruns of any activity within the build programme to be identified as soon as they
arise. The purchasing and receipt facilities within the module allow for the management of
materials and services.
Suppliers can be analysed in order to
determine satisfactory levels of delivery performance, product
quality and price.
