CDE is a methodology and software
product which pro-actively monitors customer satisfaction, identifies the areas
where the most beneficial improvements can be made, and uses the Internet
to market those measurable improvements to a wider audience.

Data on Customer Perception: Through an initial survey, regular client meetings
and feedback questionnaires, adnet Solutions is able to determine what is
important to each client, and how these clients rate adnet Solution's
performance. adnet Solutions use this data to modify and
tune working methods. Clients are also keep in touch with these
modifications, so that adnet Solutions can meet the
client's programme of requirements more closely.

Enhanced Internal Processes: This is a database and workflow model,
structured as a sequence of milestones with associated deliverables and
checklists to confirm their quality. Key objectives are imposed, to ensure that
nothing gets overlooked, and decisions are finalised before shifts in direction
would result in an uneconomic amount of rework. This gives clients the
maximum time to explore options and make choices, while minimising their
